Site notes
The hours, the report and the documents. Together in one job.
You chase the same person for the same report every week.
The report is in one email, the photos in another, the receipts in a WhatsApp chat.
Timesheets are filled in on Friday, from memory.
You can't tell where a job stands without phoning someone.
It's not your people. It's the five places one job lives in.
One job. Start to finish. Nothing left for the evening.
1
Arrive.
Tap once when you reach site. Travel and time on site are counted separately.
2
Work.
Notes, photos and documents go into the job as you go.
3
Finish.
The report is ready before you leave site.
4
Done.
You see the hours, the report and the documents together. Nobody has to ask.
For your team
Your team does the work. Not paperwork at 10 pm.
The report is written on site, while the details are fresh.
Photos and documents go straight into the job, not into the phone's gallery.
Hours are recorded as they happen, not remembered on Friday. That protects your team as much as it protects you.
Recorded, not remembered.

Field Engineers Automatic
Born out of pain and laziness.
Fematic is built on years of servicing, repairing and commissioning equipment on customers' sites — and writing the reports afterwards.
The pain: one job was spread across the job sheet, the emails, the WhatsApp chat, the spreadsheet and the customer's portal. Nobody saw the whole job.
The laziness — the good kind: good engineers hate doing the same work twice. Ten reports written from memory at the end of the week is the same work twice.
So we're building the tool we wanted on site.
The pilot
We're starting with a small number of service and trade companies.
Who it's for: teams of 3 to 20 — engineers, service technicians, electricians, plumbers, roofers, decorators and every other trade. If your working day is spent on customers' sites — domestic, commercial or industrial — Fematic is for you.
What you get:
The core features, free for life — for your company, however many people you add.
New features free for longer. Keep testing new features with us, and you get them free for an extended period.
Our best terms, always, and priority support.
A direct line to the people building it. What you tell us changes the product.
What we ask:
Use it on real jobs.
Tell us honestly what doesn't work.
Try new features first, if you want to keep them free for longer.
Not finished — that's what the pilot is for. The first version covers hours and reports. What comes next is shaped by the companies in the pilot.
What does it cost?
For companies in the pilot, the core features are free for life. New features are free for an extended period, for as long as you keep testing them with us. Pilot companies always get our best terms and priority support.
What if we grow?
The core features stay free for your company, however many people you add. If you grow into a group of companies, that's a different plan — and as a pilot company you'll always get our best terms on it.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU, in Ireland.

Tell us a little about your team. We'll reply ourselves. No newsletters.
